When you visit our website we may collect information about your device and how you use the site - such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source - through Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Meta Pixel) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag). Where these tools use non-essential cookies, we only use them after you have given consent (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry - to reply to messages sent via the contact form or email. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us), or steps taken at your request prior to any agreement.

To understand and improve our website - to measure traffic and improve content. Lawful basis: consent (for non-essential analytics and advertising cookies).

To meet legal obligations - where we are required to keep records or respond to lawful requests. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

Service providers who help us run the website and our analytics and advertising (our website host, and Google, Meta and LinkedIn), who act on our instructions.

Google, as the provider of Google Sheets, where we store enquiries you send us.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence: kept (including in our enquiries spreadsheet) for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Analytics data: kept in line with the retention settings of the relevant tool.

Your rights
